Materials
★catfish( 1 tail, 600 grams of cut to 5 parts)
★banana leaves to wrap Seasoning Pepper( 1/ 2 teaspoon) ★Turmeric( quite 1 slice)
★Pecan( 2 items)
★Lengkuas( 1 slice)
★ Serai( 1 rod)
★Onion( 4 cloves)
★Garlic( 2 cloves)
★ red pepper( 100 grams)
¤starfruit Salt and flavor to taste Cooking Method Rinse pieces of catfish. Slice green chili and starfruit to the shape elongated. Puree pepper, turmeric, hazelnut, ginger, lemongrass, onion, garlic, and salt, until smooth. Combine pieces of catfish with herbs that has been smoothed added flavoring, stir up to spice evenly, then let stand approximately 1/ 2 hours in order to spice pervasive perfect. After settling for 1/ 2 hours, wrap catfish with banana leaves and add sliced green chili and starfruit into it. Kukuslah up to mature. Lift and serve.
